No commission real estate, an in-depth review
The process is simple: place an order for no commission real estate services on an MLS no commission website, pay the flat fee and wait for a email package containing all the forms you will need to review and return to the local broker assigned to your transaction. Your broker lists your home with MLS within one business day of receipt of your paperwork and thereafter serves as your main point of contact until your sale transaction closes. Your home will also appear on national MLS listings within a few more days. Only your licensed local broker can place an MLS listing for your home, whether or not you opt for no commission real estate. Once your broker has taken care of the listings, you are free to place a For Sale By Owner sign on your lawn and directly answer inquiries about your property.
