My little writing on self-service moving
For most people it fits nicely in their driveway and they can fill it at their own convenience. Once you are done filling the unit, just call up the company and they will retrieve it and store it at their warehouse for you. Then you can tend to the rest of your moving details without worrying about lugging around all of your stuff. Once you are to your new home and you are ready to unpack, then you can call up the moving storage company and have the unit delivered to your new place. Just like before, you are not on a schedule to unpack, you can do it at your own pace on your own time.
