I received kudos from my neighbors that though an odd sight, the portable moving storage unit was a fabulous idea. Once I had everything I wanted in the portable moving storage unit I notified the company and they came and hauled it to their facility. I was relieved to know that my moving storage unit with all my valuables in it was located in a secured building rather than a garage unit that any burglar could break into. As stressful as moving and starting a new position is it's nice not to have to worry if my belongings are ever going to make it back in to my possession. I couldn't believe that the storage center had climate control! It relieved me that something like humidity wouldn't be the ruin of my furniture.
